50 Cent has intensified his feud with Black Mafia Family (BMF) co-founder Big Meech, this time targeting Detroit rapper 42 Dugg for allegedly gifting $100,000 to Meech upon his release from prison.
The rap mogul, who recently labeled Big Meech a “rat,” took to Instagram to voice his disapproval. Sharing a screenshot of a text message claiming 42 Dugg gave the six-figure sum, 50 Cent criticized the gesture, suggesting the rapper should have invested the money elsewhere.
“@42_dugggg your daddy my [ninja emoji]. I love you and Cheese because of Q. But you made a mistake giving Screech $100K—you could have given that to your [ninja emoji]’s. You always been hard-headed. WTF.”
42 Dugg quickly shut down the claims, responding via Instagram Stories:
“Can’t no n*a convince me to go against Detroit. Either show me big bra a rat or shut the fk up talking to me.”
He later told The Shade Room that the $100,000 gift rumor was false, dismissing it as “fake news.”
50 Cent’s Ongoing Battle with Big Meech and Lil Meech
This latest spat is part of 50 Cent’s larger campaign against Big Meech and his son, Lil Meech. Earlier this month, 50 stirred controversy by posting a photo of a rat alongside lyrics from Rick Ross’ 2010 track “B.M.F. (Blowin’ Money Fast),” widely seen as a jab at Meech.
The feud escalated further when 50 Cent hinted at an upcoming “tell-all” documentary from Tammy Cowins, a former BMF associate turned government informant. The Queens rapper has also distanced himself from Lil Meech, despite casting him as his father in STARZ’s BMF series.
After Lil Meech expressed loyalty in private messages, 50 threatened to drop him from the show, accusing him of drug use on set and suggesting that Big Meech enabled the behavior.
“I thought about it. I think he was uncomfortable with me and MeMe’s relationship,” 50 wrote. “I’m telling MeMe I don’t want him doing drugs. He telling him he used to do X like it’s cool. I tell MeMe to chill, stop spending all his money, he telling him how much money he blew.
Lil Meech has yet to directly respond to 50 Cent’s claims. However, he was recently spotted alongside Rick Ross and Floyd Mayweather, a move that many believe was intended to further provoke 50.
With tensions continuing to rise, 50 Cent shows no signs of backing down, keeping his feud with BMF and those affiliated with it front and center.
