Billboard explained that Beyoncé’s 25 years of success, growth, and impact made her deserving of the top spot. They praised her unmatched abilities in areas like commercial success, powerful performances, critical acclaim, cultural influence, and unforgettable moments.

In their article, they wrote: “Few artists can match her in any of the key areas of being a pop star… and no one can match her in all of them.”

Beyoncé’s fans, known as the BeyHive, were thrilled with the announcement. One fan on social media wrote:
