Beyoncé to Headline Halftime Show for Texans-Ravens Christmas Day Game Streaming on Netflix

Beyoncé will perform during the halftime show of the Christmas Day matchup between the Houston Texans and the Baltimore Ravens, streaming live on Netflix.
The announcement was made on Sunday, with Netflix confirming that the game, taking place at NRG Stadium in Beyoncé’s hometown of Houston, will be one of the first two NFL Christmas games ever streamed live on the platform.
The halftime show will feature Beyoncé performing songs from her latest album, Cowboy Carter, for the first time outside of its studio release. Since the album’s launch in March, Beyoncé has not announced a tour.
Netflix revealed that while specific details are under wraps, the performance is expected to include some of the special guest artists featured on Cowboy Carter, though the streaming service did not disclose who those guests would be.
The album includes contributions from artists like Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson, Miley Cyrus, Post Malone, and Shaboozey, among others.
The announcement was also shared across Beyoncé’s social media channels, where a teaser video shows her in a leather dress and cowgirl attire.
In the video, she catches a football while standing on the hood of a red rose-covered car, which appears to be a 1967 Cadillac DeVille. The backdrop features her song “Ameriican Requiem.”
The announcement comes amid growing curiosity about Netflix’s ability to handle live sports streaming. Earlier reports surfaced about video quality issues and interruptions during the Mike Tyson-Jake Paul boxing match event, raising questions about the platform’s readiness for live sports broadcasts.
