As former President Donald Trump gained leads in important swing states on Tuesday night, several well-known billionaires spoke out on social media, either showing their support or offering congratulations, even though the Associated Press hasn’t officially called the election for Trump yet.

Among those making waves were Tesla CEO Elon Musk, a big Trump supporter, and billionaire investor Mark Cuban, who, despite often criticizing Trump, offered him congratulations.

Elon Musk, who has been a strong backer of Donald, tweeted “game, set and match” on election night and shared a photo of himself with Trump at a party. In a series of tweets, Musk talked about the opportunities for growth in America under Trump, saying,

“America is a nation of builders” and “Soon, you will be free to build.” Palmer Luckey, the founder of Oculus VR, also tweeted “GG” (meaning “good game”), to which Musk replied with a simple “yup.”

Soon after, the Associated Press projected Trump as the winner in North Carolina and Georgia, two important battleground states. These wins put Trump in a stronger position, especially as he holds leads in other key states.

In a surprising move, Mark Cuban, a frequent Donald critic and supporter of his opponent, congratulated Trump, saying, “You won fair and square,” and extended his congratulations to Musk as well.

With victories in North Carolina and Georgia, Trump’s path to winning is becoming clearer. Pennsylvania remains a major state to watch. Betting sites like Polymarket show high confidence in Trump’s chances, with many predicting a likely win for him.

Musk publicly endorsed Donald this summer, supporting him with both words and financial help. After an attempt was made on Trump’s life, Musk created America PAC, a super PAC supporting Trump, contributing over $118 million.

His PAC also offered $1 million prizes to voters in swing states who signed a petition, a move that was challenged in court but ultimately allowed.

Elon Musk is currently the richest person in the world with an estimated net worth of $264.7 billion. Palmer Luckey is worth $2.4 billion, while Mark Cuban has a fortune of $5.7 billion.
