Cardi B Reveals Near-Miscarriage After “Freak Accident”

Cardi B, currently pregnant with her third child, recently opened up about a terrifying experience that almost led to a miscarriage. During a conversation on X Spaces, the Bronx rapper shared details of a severe accident that left her hospitalized and requiring morphine for pain.
While Cardi B did not go into specifics about the accident, she described it as a “freak accident” that resulted in significant injuries. “I had a f**king freak accident. I don’t know how something — well, it wasn’t little, it actually hurt — it doesn’t really happen often, but it became so big to the point I was literally paralyzed,” she said.
She added, “And that little thing almost cost me my little one to come. But it didn’t.” Despite the severity of the incident, Cardi B assured her fans that she and the baby are okay. “Yesterday I was feeling good. I came home, but I came home high as a kite. Today, I woke up sober, honey. I’m dying. If I don’t feel good in four hours, I’m going to the hospital and I don’t give a f**k.”
Cardi B spoke candidly about her recovery, expressing her desire for more pain relief. “I’ma exaggerate this sh*t so I can get more morphine. Morphine me down! I don’t give a damn.”
Pregnancy and Personal Life
Cardi B confirmed her pregnancy at the 2024 BET Experience, where she also announced filing for divorce from Offset for the second time. In a series of fiery red maternity photos set against the New York City skyline, she shared her gratitude and optimism:
