Mitchell-Kidd described this particular tape as especially disturbing, suggesting it contains explicit content. “This was in his Atlanta home, and it seems like the person isn’t aware they’re being filmed,” she said during an episode of Banfield. “I can tell the video was pornographic.”
She also shared her client’s allegations against Diddy, which include claims of sexual assault in 2018. The victim said she felt dizzy after drinking, which led to an alleged assault involving an object while Diddy watched.
