Sean “Diddy” Combs is proclaiming his innocence while facing serious legal accusations, as his attorney has released a statement following a slew of abuse claims leveled against him.
Texas attorney Tony Buzbee has filed 120 allegations against the music mogul, which include drugging and sexually assaulting a pregnant woman, as well as abusing 25 minors.
Diddy’s lawyer, Erica Wolff, responded to the claims in a statement to Rolling Stone. “Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized that he cannot respond to every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus,” Wolff stated.
“That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
During a press conference on October 1, Buzbee announced that he represents over 100 individuals with sexual assault claims against the Bad Boy Records founder, including 25 minors. One of the alleged victims was just 9 years old at the time of the incident.

Buzbee detailed the case, stating that the child was taken to an audition at Bad Boy Records in New York City, where Diddy allegedly promised to make him a star. “This individual was sexually abused by Sean Combs and others at the studio, with the promise of a record deal,” Buzbee claimed.
He also outlined another case involving a 15-year-old girl who was flown to New York for a party, where she was allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted in a private room, with Combs allegedly present during the incident.
Buzbee further revealed that many of his clients claim Combs used horse tranquilizers to sedate them. One particularly disturbing allegation involves a pregnant woman who attended a dinner with Combs in Miami.
According to Buzbee, the woman claims she wasn’t drinking due to her pregnancy, but her drink was allegedly laced with a drug. She reportedly blacked out and woke up in Combs’ bed with severe physical injuries.
Combs is currently incarcerated, facing charges that include racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, and coercion, along with transportation to engage in prostitution. Despite these charges, Diddy’s legal team remains adamant that he will clear his name in court.
