Fulton County Judge Modifies Young Thug’s Metro Atlanta Ban

Young Thug Sued for Breach of Contract Over $16M Publishing Deal

Jeffrey “Young Thug” Williams has won a small victory in changing his court agreement related to his YSL RICO case. Now, Williams can visit his home in Atlanta occasionally.

Originally, the young thug was not allowed in the Metro Atlanta area for 15 years unless he was leading community programs about stopping drug use, gangs, or violence.

A post on X by Thuggerdaily shared the new rules for his probation. After completing three years of probation without any issues, Williams can go to his home for up to two weeks at a time, four times a year, but these visits can’t be back-to-back.

Young Thug must tell his probation officer five days before he plans to visit.

This adjustment follows after Williams pleaded guilty in Fulton County Court on October 31 to charges including having a gun illegally and being part of a street gang. He also pleaded no contest to leading a gang and racketeering, as reported by Black Elites.

Judge Paige Reese Whitaker initially set tough conditions for Williams, including a 40-year probation period. If Williams follows the rules for the first 15 years, he won’t have to serve the remaining 25 years.

Judge Whitaker told Williams she hoped he would contribute positively to the community and warned him of the severe consequences if he didn’t follow the rules.

This change in probation gives Williams a better chance to rebuild his life while still being monitored.
