Giannis Antetokounmpo had an incredible game, scoring 41 points to lead the Milwaukee Bucks to a 122-106 win over the Chicago Bulls. He also added eight rebounds and nine assists. Brook Lopez scored 21 points, and Damian Lillard added 20 to help secure the victory.
The Bulls, led by Zach LaVine with 27 points, closed the gap to 104-102 late in the fourth quarter. However, the Bucks pulled away in the final minutes to seal the win.
This marks a big improvement for the Bucks, who have won four of their last five games after a slow start to the season. They are now ninth in the Eastern Conference.
The Cleveland Cavaliers bounced back from their first loss of the season with a 128-100 win over the New Orleans Pelicans. Ty Jerome led the team with 29 points, including six three-pointers. He scored 20 of those points in the second quarter, giving the Cavaliers a big lead.
“It was great. Those moments don’t happen a lot in the NBA,” said Cleveland coach Kenny Atkinson. “It was a superstar performance. It was great for the crowd, great for the group and great for Ty.”
The Cavaliers, who lead the Eastern Conference, had just seen their 15-game winning streak snapped by the Boston Celtics but showed no signs of slowing down in this game.
The Golden State Warriors continued their winning streak at home, beating the Atlanta Hawks 120-97. Andrew Wiggins led the team with 27 points, while Stephen Curry added 23.
The Warriors’ solid offense and defense helped them dominate the game and stay on top of the Western Conference. This was their fifth straight home win.
