Joe Budden’s Neighbors Leak His Nude Photos, and More Is Coming

Joe Budden is facing a lawsuit from neighbors John and Yuliya Aksoy, who claim the rapper and podcast host has become a nuisance by recording his podcast in their condo building.
According to the complaint filed by attorney Thomas Mirigliano, the Aksoys say Budden’s on-site recordings create excessive noise and leave behind weed smoke and ashes in the building’s common areas, which they claim has harmed their young daughter’s health.
The neighbors allege that after they complained to the condo association, Budden retaliated by accusing them of racism—claims he said he could prove with recordings but never provided.
The lawsuit points to an October 19, 2024, podcast episode in which Budden played loud music with simulated gunshots and sirens for more than eight minutes. The Aksoys also say Budden made negative comments about them on his show, especially targeting Yuliya.

In a separate incident captured on a Ring camera in December 2024, Budden was seen approaching the Aksoys’ front door while nude. Although he later claimed on his podcast that he was sleepwalking, the neighbors argue that he downplayed the incident and dismissed their concerns.
Budden was temporarily banned from the building after the incident, but he later returned and resumed recording his podcast there. His attorney, Nima Ameri, has called the lawsuit “a money grab attempt by a person we believe to be a racist.”
Budden continues to record his podcast in the building as the legal battle with his neighbors unfolds.
