Kanye West Accused of Drugging and Sexual Assault by Former Assistant

A former assistant to Kanye “Ye” West has leveled serious accusations against the rapper, alleging that he drugged and sexually assaulted her during a party co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs. The new claims come from Lauren Pisciotta, who worked for West as a personal assistant from 2021 to 2022, and previously filed a lawsuit for wrongful termination and sexual harassment.
According to a recent filing obtained by The New York Post, Pisciotta asserts that the alleged assault took place years before she began working for the artist. Pisciotta claims West invited her and a former musician client to a party hosted by him and Combs at a music studio. She alleges that West pressured attendees to drink, threatening to have them removed if they didn’t comply.
As Pisciotta began drinking, she reportedly became “highly impaired,” and claims she was drugged. She has no recollection of the rest of the evening and says she only later became aware of the alleged assault.
The influencer and OnlyFans model expressed that she felt “ashamed and embarrassed” by the incident. Her unidentified guest at the party, who was also allegedly drugged, stated they were “too traumatized and disturbed” to recall the events of that night.
It wasn’t until after her employment with West ended that Pisciotta says she learned of the sexual assault. During an argument between West and his ex-wife—presumed to be Kim Kardashian—Pisciotta claims West admitted to having a sexual encounter with her. The dispute allegedly involved Kardashian accusing West of infidelity with Pisciotta, prompting the rapper to say, “We did kind of hook up a little one time.”
Pisciotta, however, insists she has no memory of the incident and told West as much. She recalls West dismissing her lack of memory by reportedly saying, “Women love to say they don’t remember.”
The new allegations come after Pisciotta initially sued West for firing her without severance and sending her explicit sexual content. While West has yet to respond to the latest accusations, his representatives previously described her earlier claims as “baseless.” Notably, Pisciotta did not accuse Combs of any wrongdoing during the party, despite his own separate legal troubles involving sexual assault allegations.
This case adds to a growing number of legal challenges faced by the controversial rapper, whose public persona has been mired in turmoil over the past several years.
