Kanye West Seeks Trademark for Upcoming Book Title About Bianca Censori

The artist formerly known as Kanye West, now going by Ye, has recently made a legal move to trademark the phrase “Wife By Husband,” which is expected to be the title of a forthcoming book about his wife, Bianca Censori.
According to TMZ, the application was filed by Ye’s company, Ox Paha Inc., and seeks to cover various types of printed materials including biographies, non-fiction, and picture books.
Kanye West and Censori have been consistently in the headlines since their relationship went public. Their latest buzzworthy moment occurred at the 2025 Grammys, where Censori’s bold red carpet fashion choice—a transparent dress without undergarments beneath a fur coat—stirred significant attention and debate across social media platforms.
Kanye West took to Instagram to express his pride, declaring Censori as the “most Googled person on the planet” following the event. He emphasized this statement with a follow-up post exclaiming, “FOR CLARITY, FEBRUARY 4TH 2025, MY WIFE IS THE MOST GOOGLED PERSON ON THE PLANET CALLED EARTH,” Ye posted. “WE BEAT THE GRAMMIES” he added in a follow-up post.”
The relationship between West and Censori became public a few months after his divorce from Kim Kardashian was finalized in 2022. The couple had a low-key marriage ceremony soon after being seen together publicly for the first time in early 2023.
Since then, Censori has been known for her daring fashion statements, frequently appearing in nearly-nude outfits, while West has actively shared images of their moments together on social media.
In response to criticism, Kanye West openly stated on his social media, “Ima post my wife as much as I want, bro. It makes me happy. Some people don’t want you to be happy. They want you to make them happy. I decided to make myself happy, and I’m happy with that.”
The trademark filing for “Wife By Husband” suggests that Ye is not only continuing to support his wife’s bold public persona but also planning to explore and share more about their relationship through upcoming literary projects.
