Meek Mill Offers Reward for Man Who Committed Heinous Crime in Philly

Checking out at Dollar Tree has become another activity women can’t do in peace. Philadelphia police launched a manhunt for a suspect who allegedly ejaculated on a woman at the discount store, prompting outrage so severe that music artist Meek Mill joined the search.

The incident gained widespread attention after a video posted by online personality Collin Rugg went viral on Wednesday. In the video, a woman is heard screaming at a middle-aged Black man fleeing a Dollar Tree store. “You go to hell, you b***h!” she yells before showing her leg to the camera, tearfully accusing the man of ejaculating on her.

Philadelphia police quickly asked for the public’s help in identifying the suspect, releasing surveillance images of him inside the store located at 56 East Snyder Ave. The incident reportedly occurred on June 23.

The sudden release of the video ignited intense online reactions, with users expressing their anger and calling for severe punishment. Comments ranged from, “In my regime, he’d be hunted for sport,” to “Public execution I’m so serious.”

Meek Mill also took to social media, reposting the video on X (formerly Twitter) with a caption that read, “Let’s play manhunt with him today in Philly some community service… I got 2 bands for his [location]? But you gotta connect.”

Dollar Tree employees provided tips to the police, indicating the suspect often lingered around Snyder Plaza and the I-95 underpass. According to CBS News, these tips helped in the search.

By Wednesday evening, police announced that 35-year-old Gary Miles had turned himself in as the suspect. “The PPD extends its gratitude to the public for their assistance in locating Mr. Miles,” read a statement from the police, per FOX 29 News.
