NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. and comedian Drew “Druski” Desbordes have been named in an amended lawsuit alleging they participated in the 2018 gang rape of a woman alongside music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The lawsuit, filed by Ashley Parham in the Northern District of California, claims that Beckham, then a wide receiver for the New York Giants, was involved in the alleged assault at a home in Orinda, California.
The filing states that other individuals present referred to Beckham as “Cornelius,” which aligns with his middle name, Cornelious.
Parham originally filed the lawsuit against Diddy in October, accusing him of sexual assault, trafficking, and other crimes.
The amended complaint now includes allegations against Beckham and Druski, escalating the high-profile case.
Druski, who was not widely known in the entertainment industry at the time of the alleged incident, has strongly denied the accusations.
In a statement on social media, he dismissed the claims as “a fabricated lie.”
“This allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn’t even a public figure in 2018—I was broke, living with my mom, without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation,” Druski wrote on X (formerly Twitter).
“My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I’m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood.”
Beckham also responded to the allegations, expressing frustration over the lawsuit. “Boy, I’ll tell you what. This world makes absolutely no sense.
I am covered by God. He will prevail. I know who I am, I know who you are, keep your head up. That name will be cleared. S–t’s stupid,” he posted.
The lawsuit alleges that Druski applied oil to Parham’s body before treating it “like a slip and slide” due to his size, which allegedly caused her physical harm.
The complaint also states that he allegedly prevented himself from falling off the bed before assaulting her.
Diddy, who has been the subject of multiple lawsuits in recent months, is also facing federal investigations into allegations of sex trafficking, racketeering, and fraud. He has denied all accusations.
Neither Beckham’s representatives nor his attorneys have publicly commented on the lawsuit.
The case remains ongoing.
