Rising country-rap star Shaboozey is hitting the road this fall with his newly announced tour, The Great American Roadshow. The month-long tour will support his critically acclaimed 2024 album, Where I’ve Been, Isn’t Where I’m Going.
The Virginia-born singer will kick off the tour in Indianapolis in late September, with scheduled stops in major U.S. cities including Detroit, Philadelphia, New Orleans, and Houston. The run will conclude in Orlando, Florida on October 16. The tour is presented in partnership with Jack Daniels and Coors Light. No opening acts have been announced yet.
Artist presale for The Great American Roadshow began Tuesday, April 29. General ticket sales open Friday, May 2 at 10 a.m. local time.
The tour follows the success of Shaboozey’s chart-dominating single “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” which reimagines J-Kwon’s early 2000s hit Tipsy. The song helped propel his album into the mainstream, earning him multiple Grammy nominations including Song of the Year, Best Country Song, Best Country Solo Performance, and Best New Artist.
A deluxe edition of Where I’ve Been, Isn’t Where I’m Going was released earlier this month, featuring guest appearances from Jelly Roll, Myles Smith, and Sierra Ferrell. The expanded version is headlined by his latest single, “Good News.”
Shaboozey’s breakout year was also fueled by his high-profile features on Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter album, where he appeared on fan-favorite tracks “Spaghetti” and “Sweet / Honey / Buckin.” His work on the album further cemented his genre-blending appeal and industry recognition.
In addition to his tour dates, the 29-year-old artist will be performing at several major music festivals this year, including CMA Fest in Nashville this June and Osheaga Festival in Montreal this August. He also recently took the stage at Coachella and Stagecoach, drawing rave reviews for his live performances.
Fans can stream the deluxe version of his album now on all major platforms.
