Three Men File Sexual Assault Lawsuits Against Diddy

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Looks Much Thinner in Court During His Legal Case

Three men, identified only as John Does, have initiated legal action against Diddy, alleging that they were sexually assaulted by the music mogul within the last five years.

These allegations, which Diddy’s legal representatives vehemently deny, include claims of being drugged and raped at various locations and times.

One accuser recounted a 2020 incident at Combs’ East Hampton residence, where he purportedly lost consciousness at a party after consuming alcohol with Combs, subsequently being assaulted by Combs and his associates.

Another accuser described a 2019 encounter that began at Manhattan’s Marquee nightclub and continued to an exclusive afterparty at the Park Hyatt hotel, where he was allegedly drugged by Combs and assaulted while unconscious.

A third individual, who started working for Combs in 2006, brought up an instance from February 2020. He met Combs to discuss unpaid wages and claimed that Diddy drugged and assaulted him during their meeting.

The legal team for Diddy has dismissed the allegations as baseless, stating, “These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.”

The suits were filed by attorney Thomas P. Giuffra of Rheingold Giuffra Ruffo Plotkin & Hellman LLP. Giuffra explained to Rolling Stone that the accusers felt empowered to come forward following Combs’ recent arrest and amidst other public allegations against him.

These new lawsuits are part of a growing list of legal challenges facing Combs, who was arrested in September on charges including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution. His trial is scheduled for May 2025.
