Former Assistant Testifies Against Diddy in Trafficking Trial, Alleges Death Threat Over Ties to Suge Knight

As Sean “Diddy” Combs’ high-profile sex trafficking trial unfolds, new testimony from a former employee has introduced even more disturbing claims about the music mogul’s alleged behavior behind the scenes.

Capricorn Clark, who worked as an assistant for Diddy at Bad Boy Records and Sean John for eight years, testified that her personal and professional history with former Death Row Records boss Suge Knight allegedly made her a target of intimidation from day one.

According to a report by TMZ, Clark told the court that during her first day on the job, Diddy and his bodyguard—identified as “Uncle Paulie”—took her to Central Park at night and issued a chilling warning. She testified that Diddy told her he would “have to kill [her] if anything happened,” a comment she said left her genuinely terrified.

Clark, who previously worked at Def Jam and had longstanding ties to Suge Knight through a friend’s relationship with the former label head, said her connection to Knight stirred suspicion within Diddy’s camp.

In another disturbing incident, Clark recalled being accused of stealing Diddy’s jewelry. She admitted she had borrowed some of the items but lost them. What followed, according to her testimony, was a three-hour interrogation.

She claimed she was taken to a building under construction, escorted to the sixth floor, and locked in a room. There, she was allegedly forced to take a lie detector test under the threat of being thrown into the East River if she failed. The ordeal, she said, was led by “Uncle Paulie” and another of Diddy’s associates.

Clark joins a growing list of individuals who have spoken out under oath about alleged abuse and misconduct by Diddy. Among them are singer Cassie, rapper Kid Cudi, and multiple sex workers. Their testimonies paint a troubling picture of the Bad Boy Records founder’s private behavior.

Cassie, who filed a civil suit against Diddy last year, alleged a pattern of emotional and physical abuse, including being forced into “freak-offs”—a term used to describe orchestrated sexual encounters. Kid Cudi corroborated aspects of her story, particularly Diddy’s alleged violent jealousy over their brief relationship.

The testimony continues to add weight to the case being built against Diddy, who is facing federal charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering.
