CJ Wallace, Son of The Notorious B.I.G., Named in Sexual Assault Lawsuit Involving Diddy

CJ Wallace, the son of late hip-hop icon The Notorious B.I.G., has been named in a new sexual assault lawsuit that also targets music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. The lawsuit, filed over the July 4th weekend and first reported by TMZ, alleges a series of disturbing incidents spanning several years.

The anonymous plaintiff, identified as John Doe, accuses Diddy of multiple acts of sexual misconduct, including an incident in which Combs allegedly masturbated in front of him and ejaculated on a shirt belonging to The Notorious B.I.G.

In one account detailed in the lawsuit, Doe claims that Wallace was among several men who transported him to a Revolt TV location in a vehicle owned by Combs Corporation in 2020. The suit alleges that Doe was ambushed, then taken to a separate room where Diddy allegedly attempted to force oral sex.

Doe further claims a photo was taken to use as potential blackmail, and that Wallace and others drove him home following the incident.

The lawsuit seeks damages for sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and other claims.

Diddy’s legal team has denied all allegations, issuing a statement through TMZ: “Mr. Combs’s trial and acquittal on trafficking and RICO charges proves what we have been saying all along: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone.

That people continue to broadcast and file false accusations, no matter how heinous and uncorroborated, is unfortunate, but Mr. Combs will not back down. He will fight for as long as necessary to win his full vindication.”

CJ Wallace has not publicly commented on the allegations as of press time.
