Nets bring back Biggie-inspired “Brooklyn Camo” for 2025–26 season

The Brooklyn Nets are reviving their fan-favorite City Edition uniform that pays tribute to Christopher “The Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace for the 2025–26 NBA season, seven years after the design first debuted and quickly sold out.
The camo look, originally introduced in 2018 as part of the NBA’s City Edition Remix—honors the Bed-Stuy legend behind Ready to Die and the borough mantra “Spread Love the Brooklyn Way.” Since its launch, the Nets say it has remained one of the most popular uniforms of the team’s Brooklyn era.
“You can’t talk about Brooklyn without invoking the sentiment ‘Spread Love the Brooklyn Way.’ The Notorious B.I.G. repped Brooklyn to the fullest and had a resounding effect on everyone who calls Brooklyn home,” said Elliot Osagie, CEO and founder of Benin City Entertainment.
“His influence is unmatched, and it is an immense privilege to honor Biggie and his legacy as one of the most influential cultural icons of all time.”
Osagie added that the partnership has been years in the making: “Our relationship with the Brooklyn Nets has always been organic. I worked to bring this vision to reality from way back in 2017 with the raising of Biggie’s banner at Barclays Center. To see how this spark has grown, and where it’s going, is a gift to day-one fans and those yet to be.”
“Biggie Nights” and first looks
The Nets will stage a series of “Biggie Nights,” opening on Tuesday, Nov. 11, featuring special halftime performances (to be announced) and a Biggie bobblehead giveaway. Tickets for the first Biggie Night and all 2025–26 Nets home games are available at brooklynnets.com/tickets.
Fans can also get an early look at the 2025–26 City Edition set during Practice in the Park on Saturday, Sept. 27, at Potomac Playground in Bed-Stuy, Biggie’s neighborhood.
