‘Media has been lying about Trump’ – Amber Rose

American model and rapper Amber Rose has shared why she is supporting Republican candidate Donald Trump in the upcoming presidential election. Speaking at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Rose, who used to criticize Trump, said she changed her mind after realizing the media had lied about him.
Trump attended the convention with a bandaged right ear after an apparent assassination attempt at a rally in Butler, PA.
During her speech on Monday night, Rose explained that her father, a Trump supporter, helped her see the truth. She said the media and the left had spread lies about Trump, especially calling him a racist.
“I’m not a politician, but I care about the truth. The media has lied to us about Donald Trump, and I believed those lies for a long time. I’m here to set the record straight,” Rose said. She urged people to support Trump, saying, “No matter your political background, the best chance we have to give our children a better life is to elect Donald Trump as president.”
Rose also said that Trump and his supporters are inclusive, stating, “Donald Trump and his supporters don’t care if you’re Black, white, gay, or straight. It’s all love. And that’s when I realized these are my people, this is where I belong.”
Rose, known partly for her past relationship with Kanye West, was introduced as “Amber Rose from South Philadelphia.” She announced her appearance at the convention on X, formerly known as Twitter, last week.
Rose has become a strong supporter of Trump, using her social media to show her support. This is a big change from her stance in 2016 when she called Trump a “f***ing idiot” in an interview.
Earlier this year, Rose showed her support by wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat in a video. Recently, she posted a photo on Instagram with Trump and Melania, captioning it “Trump 2024,” which led to backlash on social media.
