Megan Thee Stallion has detailed how years of alleged online harassment from blogger Milagro Gramz not only damaged her mental health but also cost her major business opportunities, including a potential partnership with Google.

In a new memorandum filed in her ongoing lawsuit against Gramz, whose legal name is Milagro Cooper, Megan’s legal team outlined how the relentless cyberbullying campaign allegedly derailed lucrative deals and forced the rapper to retreat from the public eye.

According to the filing, emails between Megan’s representatives and executives at Google show that a brand partnership with the tech giant was in active development. However, her attorneys say the deal stalled as Megan struggled with the emotional fallout of online attacks, much of which they attribute to Gramz’ content and commentary.

Megan Thee Stallion, born Megan Pete, first sued Gramz for defamation in October 2024. The new court documents, shared online by gossip blog The Docket Diva, are now being used to help calculate the financial damages tied to opportunities Megan says she lost as a direct result of the harassment.

Megan Thee Stallion legal team argues that the blogger’s posts formed part of a targeted campaign to discredit Megan, particularly around and after Tory Lanez’s criminal trial, where he was convicted of shooting her in the foot.

They claim Gramz used her platform to spread falsehoods and amplify hostility toward the rapper at a time when public opinion deeply affected Megan’s career and personal well-being.

“Central to Ms. Pete’s case are the emotional damages suffered as a result of Ms. Cooper’s defamatory statements, the coordinated social media campaign with Daystar [Lanez] and Sonstar Peterson, and the promotion of the June 8, 2024, deepfake porn video,” the memorandum states.

Megan’s attorneys further allege that Lanez, whose real name is Daystar Peterson, paid Gramz to continue attacking Megan publicly in an effort to undermine her credibility and the legitimacy of her story. They argue this online barrage did more than damage her reputation — it made her a risk for major brands.

In addition to Google, Megan’s team says the harassment placed other high-profile collaborations on hold, including potential deals with Activision and the U.S. Soccer Delegation.

“These were career-amplifying opportunities that were available to Ms. Pete, but she could not capitalize on, as she was unable to be fully present in her career due to the ongoing campaign of harassment that persisted for years,” the filing notes.

Beyond brand partnerships, the Grammy-winning artist also claims that the stress and emotional strain left her unable to perform at shows, cutting into a significant source of her income and visibility. Touring and live performances are central to her career growth, and her lawyers argue that being forced to step back had long-term consequences on her trajectory in the industry.

In recent months, Megan Thee Stallion has made a concerted effort to reclaim her narrative and strengthen her brand on her own terms. Through new music, public appearances, and controlled media engagement, she has sought to move past the turmoil and reestablish herself outside the cloud of controversy.

However, in court, she is now seeking to hold Gramz financially accountable for what she describes as years of targeted, harmful conduct that jeopardized both her livelihood and mental health.

The jury trial is set to begin on November 17 in Florida, where both Megan and Gramz are expected to testify.
