Former Model Crystal McKinney Sues Diddy Over Alleged 2003 Sexual Assault

Crystal McKinney, a former model, has filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging that he sexually assaulted her in 2003. 

TMZ reported that the lawsuit details McKinney’s claims of being invited to a Men’s Fashion Week event in New York City when she was 22 years old.

According to the lawsuit, McKinney met Diddy at the event and was later invited back to his studio. 

There, she claims, Diddy and several colleagues were drinking and smoking. McKinney alleges she took a hit of a joint, which she describes as extremely potent. 

She says she felt as though she was “floating,” speculating that the joint might have been laced with a narcotic or other drug.

McKinney’s lawsuit claims that Diddy then demanded she follow him into a bathroom, where he allegedly forced her to perform oral sex. 

She states that she felt woozy and eventually lost consciousness. McKinney recalls waking up in a taxi, and realizing she had been sexually assaulted. 

The lawsuit does not clarify whether this refers to the alleged oral sex or another act while she was unconscious.

Additionally, McKinney alleges that following the incident, she was blackballed from the modelling industry and attempted suicide in 2004. 

“She prayed to God before bringing this lawsuit, as she feared further violence and/or retaliation from Defendant Combs, but ultimately decided that she needed to speak her

truth,” the lawsuit states, according to USA Today.

McKinney is seeking unspecified damages and a jury trial.

McKinney’s lawsuit is one of several recent legal actions against Combs. In November 2023, Cassie filed a lawsuit accusing him of assault, abuse, and trafficking. 

She claimed Diddy forced her into nonconsensual relations with sex workers, physically abused her, and raped her. This lawsuit was settled privately shortly after being filed.

Also in November 2023, another lawsuit was filed accusing Diddy of a 1991 sexual assault.

In December 2023, he faced allegations of group sexual assault involving a minor in 2003. 

In February, former employee Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones sued Diddy, alleging sexual assault and harassment.

Despite these ongoing litigations, Diddy has denied all allegations, stating that the claims are from “individuals looking for a quick payday.”

As these cases unfold, the spotlight remains on Diddy and the serious accusations against him.
